Today I will maintain my faith through the confusion of life. We must not be confused by the inevitable confusion in life. By faith we will be led through the confusion and learn of God’s purpose.

The confusion often lies in the nature, timing, and extent of God’s response. What Christ is telling us in the two parables is that the response will be greater than any human response we can imagine.

“There is a cloud on the friendship of the heart, and often even love itself has to wait in pain and tears for the blessing of fuller communion.” Chambers, Utmost September 12

Luke 11:13
“… how much more shall your heavenly Father give…?”

Today I will look past confusion to God’s altar.
