Today I will face my problems with patience, reflecting God’s patience with me, and with confidence, anticipating a solution and waiting with optimism. This is part of God’s polishing plan for me. The problems may be large, or a series of thumps that mount up to lashing out. I cannot be slovenly (Chambers) in small things.

James 2:4
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect* and entire, wanting nothing.
KJV

And if, in the process, any of you does not know how to meet any particular problem he has only to ask God—who gives generously to all men without making them feel foolish or guilty—and he may be quite sure that the necessary wisdom will be given him.
Phillips

Don’t run from tests and hardships, brothers and sisters. As difficult as they are, you will ultimately find joy in them; if you embrace them, your faith will blossom under pressure and teach you true patience as you endure. And true patience brought on by endurance will equip you to complete the long journey and cross the finish line—mature, complete, and wanting nothing.

Today I will go to God’s altar, facing any problems in my path with patience and confidence.
