"And the man believed what Jesus said and started home."
John 4:50
A government official approaches Jesus and begs Him to heal his son, who was about to die. Jesus tells him, “Go back home. Your son will live!” And the man believed what Jesus said and started home.
The man's home was at least a day's journey away, so he left for home not knowing the outcome but trusting in Jesus. His trust was rewarded.
So the question to ask ourselves is, "Can we believe in Jesus' words and move on with full trust?"
The Abundant Life is a life built on trust.
