Today I will persevere when faced with problems (trials, challenges) equipped with God’s word of truth and wisdom. To persevere in this way means to give credit for our victory to God. Let us pray for God’s gracious, loving strength, given with the perfect wisdom that He only possesses.

James 1:4
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect* and entire, wanting nothing.
KJV

And if, in the process, any of you does not know how to meet any particular problem he has only to ask God—who gives generously to all men without making them feel foolish or guilty—and he may be quite sure that the necessary wisdom will be given him.
Phillips

Don’t run from tests and hardships, brothers and sisters. As difficult as they are, you will ultimately find joy in them; if you embrace them, your faith will blossom under pressure and teach you true patience as you endure. And true patience brought on by endurance will equip you to complete the long journey and cross the finish line—mature, complete, and wanting nothing.
Voice

Today I will go to God’s altar to confidently confront my problems not with my strength but with His.
* Perfect does not denote absolute sinlessness or perfection of any kind, but carries the idea of being fully developed or mature. Complete underscores the thought of fullness and wholeness.
