Today I will acknowledge my purpose—to glorify God in my life—and its meaning in how I live my life, “… to maintain our soul open to the fact of God’s creative purpose, and not muddle it with our own intentions” (Chambers, Utmost September 21). I am part of God’s restorative purpose, and God is my strength.
Isaiah 49:5
And now the Eternal who watched, shaped, and made me His own servant
from the womb…has counted me worthy and He has been my strength right along.

Today I will go to God’s altar as part of my journey to glorify Him.
