Today I will challenge myself with the question, “what does it mean to be fully alive?” Am I only interested in my own holiness—that I am more desirable in my own eyes—or is there something greater to aspire to? Oswald Chambers puts it bluntly; God cannot deliver me while my interest is merely in my own character and holiness. What am I called to do, to become? To be a servant.
