Today I will examine my life; am I bringing disaster upon myself by word and deed by defying God’s glorious presence?
Isaiah 3:8-9
Jerusalem staggers,
Judah is falling;
their words and deeds are against the Lord,
defying his glorious presence.
Woe to them!
They have brought disaster upon themselves.
Today I will approach God’s altar humbly, as a supplicant, asking to be put right.
