Today I will seek to know Christ by listening to Him and responding to His challenges.  His great challenge is to put Him first above all things. To do so is not only hard but likely impossible, using only our powers. But Christ invites us to use His strength to meet His challenge, with the promise of a treasure above anything we have or can imagine.

Luke 18:22, 27
When Jesus heard this, he said, “There is one thing you still need to do. Go and sell everything you own! Give the money to the poor, and you will have riches in heaven. Then come and be my follower.” Jesus replied, “There are some things that people cannot do, but God can do anything.”

Today I will make it my priority to go to God’s altar to receive His blessing to truly hear and obey.
