Why Keep Praying When Prayers Doesn’t Seem to Work?
This eternal and perplexing question can only be comfortably answered by understanding the purpose of prayer. Yes, we make requests and intercede. It is only human to have expectations based on what we wish to happen. But the ultimate purpose of prayer is to connect with, acknowledge, and glorify God with the only gift we truly have and that is faith. With this in mind, despite disappointment, frustration, and anger, we can transcend our human emotions and rise to a greater joy than if what we prayed for happened.

God controls and determines all things! Just because you can't see Him, touch Him or hear Him ---- don't be fooled, He's there and He's real. Those who doubt Him are missing out on the greatest treasure they have. He's in our mind, heart and soul so deeply that even the deniers don't realize He's there. Those of us who know His "truth" and His "way" have been blessed a thousand fold. Cherish every moment we spend with Him.
