Today I will worship God in the way that pleases Him-in spirit and truth. Out of true worship waters of eternal life will spring inside me and flow out to others. This is the essence of this message: the blessings we receive are to be shared with others.
John 4:14
But whoever drinks the water that I give him will never be thirsty again. But the water that I give him will become in him a spring of water [satisfying his thirst for God] welling up [continually flowing, bubbling within him] to eternal life.
Amplified Bible
“We are to be fountains through which Jesus can flow as “rivers of living water” in blessing to everyone. Yet some of us are like the Dead Sea, always receiving but never giving, because our relationship is not right with the Lord Jesus. Stay at the Source, closely guarding your faith in Jesus Christ and your relationship to Him. A river reaches places which its source never knows. God rarely allows a person to see how great a blessing he is to others.” With Christ as our source, “there will be a steady flow into the lives of others.” (Oswald Chambers September 6 and 7)
Today I will properly worship God at His altar that I may drink of and share His eternal blessings.
