Today I will give thanks for my poverty: poverty of self-will, poverty of my own priorities, poverty of purpose, poverty of pretentiousness. For, only in my poverty can I gain Christ’s treasure, which is Him in me.

Matthew 5:3
Blessed (happy, to be envied, and spiritually prosperous—with life-joy and satisfaction in God’s favor and salvation, regardless of their outward conditions) are the poor in spirit (the humble, who rate themselves insignificant), for theirs is the kingdom of heaven!
Amplified Bible, Classic Edition

Today I will offer on God’s altar all the riches of my poverty.
